Challenge
"Neskauda" is a website for dentist Jolanta Žukauskienė, designed to present her dental services and communicate with patients. Before the project began, the website was outdated and no longer met modern design and user experience standards, so it was no longer effectively performing its main function: clearly and reliably representing the doctor's practice in the digital space.
The main challenge was that the existing website didn't help patients quickly understand who the service provider was, what experience she had, and what set her apart. In dentistry, the final decision is often based on trust in a specific doctor, so the website had to become a clear and reliable source of information, not just a formal online presence.
There was also a lack of clear structure and a convenient user journey. Information was presented fragmented, navigation wasn't intuitive, and registration or contact actions weren't prominent enough. This limited the website's effectiveness and its ability to convert visitors into patients.

Solution
New website design
During the project, a new, modern website design was created, focused on clarity, simplicity, and trust-building. The visual direction was chosen to reflect professionalism and calm — qualities especially important in the context of dental services — while keeping a personal, human tone.
Improving user experience and functionality
When building the website, we essentially reviewed its structure and user journey. We laid out information sequentially, clearly separated services, and presented information about the doctor in a clear way. The functionality we put in place now lets visitors quickly find relevant information and easily get in touch or register.
Visual content refresh
To strengthen the website’s authenticity and credibility, a professional photo session was carried out. Real images helped convey more clearly the doctor’s practice, work environment, and personal approach — which for patients often matters at least as much as technical competence.
