When the topic of price came up, our colleagues from Germany were surprised—”How is this even possible?”
LOGIN is a conference that offers the opportunity to make new professional connections while also hearing unexpected yet interesting insights. One such insight emerged during a conversation with colleagues from Germany, when the discussion turned to the cost of marketing services in Lithuania. When they heard that, for a budget that in Western Europe often equals the cost of a single senior-level specialist, a client can get the entire “Expertmedia” team, they fell silent for a moment. Then the question rang out: “How is this even possible?”

Why does this look like a mistake?
In Western Europe, the monthly salary of a single experienced marketing specialist is often equivalent to the budget that would cover the entire staff of an agency in Lithuania. So foreigners naturally wonder: is this a mistake, or just a nice-sounding promise? Or perhaps additional conditions will only come to light after signing a cooperation agreement?
For example, in Germany, the salary of a senior-level marketing specialist often ranges from about 6,000 to 8,000 € (gross) per month, depending on the city, experience, and the company’s business model. In the United Kingdom or the Netherlands, the figures may be similar.
In other words, for a Western client, this budget is not small. It’s an amount for which they often expect a single top-tier specialist or a few individual services, but not a full team capable of handling strategy, content, graphic design, social media management, and more. Meanwhile, when working with the Expertmedia team, prices start at €2,000 per month.
Not a lower price, but a different team structure
“Expertmedia” was born out of a simple need: for every specialist to be able to do what they do best, so that no single person has to take care of everything. After all, in practice, a single specialist can rarely handle marketing strategy, copywriting, graphic design, social media, and project management with the same level of quality.
That’s why our team’s work is organized according to clear roles—each area has its own specialist, and the client receives not a series of individual tasks but a seamless process. This allows us to move more quickly from idea to implementation; everything is planned as a single system in which each specialist complements the others and works toward the same goal:
- marketing strategist;
- project manager;
- creative professional;
- social media specialist;
- graphic designer;
- web designer;
- copywriter;
- advertising specialist;
- programmer;
- photographer/editor.
Why does this model work?
It’s easy to give a superficial answer to the question “How is this even possible?”: because costs are lower in Lithuania. However, such an answer would be too simplistic and would not fully reflect reality. The “Expertmedia” model works not only because of the price difference, but also because of its team of world-class specialists, a clearly defined team structure, and work experience in specific fields.
- International expertise at a more reasonable price. Lithuania is currently in a position where it can balance two things: a quality of work acceptable to Western markets and a more reasonable cost structure. The specialists here work with international clients, speak English, understand Western business culture, and are accustomed to the pace, accountability, and digital channels of Western business.
- One team instead of individual freelancers. In Western companies, marketing often consists of several different people with whom the client has to communicate—coordinating deadlines, sharing information, and checking the final result. When working with an integrated marketing agency, these problems don’t arise because the client is assigned a dedicated specialist.
- Clear roles within the team. A clear division of roles also changes the rhythm of work itself. When copy, visuals, social media content, and other solutions are created collaboratively, it’s easier to maintain a consistent direction. This means that the final result is the product of consistent and clear communication.
Did we receive any interest following the LOGIN conference?
Yes, after talking with our colleagues from Germany, the conversation didn’t end in the conference room. At first, it was just curiosity and skepticism, but later the conversation turned to specific questions about the process, the team composition, the scope of work, and a possible format for collaboration. Since the contract hasn’t been signed yet, we don’t consider them a new client, but the very fact that the conversation turned into a more serious discussion shows that this model is of interest to Western businesses.
