Challenge
The DR.VET veterinary clinic network had a clear, ambitious vision — to become the largest, leading veterinary clinic network in Lithuania. The network was actively expanding, opening new clinics, and looking for a reliable marketing partner who could help quickly and effectively grow brand awareness, strengthen authority, and continuously increase patient flow.
The goals were specific and measurable: significantly increase the number of phone calls and online registrations, grow the loyal customer base on digital platforms, reduce the customer churn rate, and become the absolute leader by audience size on social media in Lithuania's veterinary field. Solution
Website creation We started by building a modern website — from structure and information architecture to design, development, and content. The website was built very quickly to keep up with the network’s rapid expansion and become the central patient acquisition channel.
Social media content creation and management Ongoing social media content creation was implemented on Facebook and Instagram, including filming “Reels”-format videos. Consistent, professional content helped shape DR.VET’s image as an expert and maintain a live connection with the audience.
Digital advertising and SEO optimization We managed the main digital advertising channels — Meta Ads and Google Ads — complementing them with SEO optimization. The synergy of these channels ensured a continuous, growing patient flow through both phone calls and online registrations.
Integrated media campaign In partnership with a media agency, a large-scale spring season campaign was planned and executed, covering out-of-home advertising (DOOH), radio, news portals, articles, and influencer communication. The campaign reached a wide audience and significantly strengthened brand awareness beyond the digital channels.
Community project “New Owners’ Club” To build a long-term connection with the target audience, a sister community project and platform were created, bringing together the pet owners’ community. The project strengthened the emotional connection with the brand and helped reduce the customer churn rate.
