1500–2500 EUR/month (before taxes)

• Plan and execute communication strategies on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube);
• Generate ideas for clients\u2019 daily content and advertising campaigns, and turn those ideas into relevant, action-driving posts;
• Write a wide variety of texts and communicate with your clients\u2019 audiences;
• Monitor and analyze social networks;
• Help with ideas and content creation during photo shoots and on filming sets;
• Collaborate with project managers and generate ideas;
• Collaborate with the designer to create eye-catching visuals;
• Collaborate with advertising analysts to ensure that content reaches the user.

• At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok);
• Ability to gather, structure, and refine information, and always \u201cdig up\u201d something new and interesting;
• Command of Lithuanian and English. Ability to write fluently, concisely, and creatively;
• Ability to decide which photo, illustration, video, or animation to choose so the post does not get lost in the news feed;
• Knowledge of the nuances of ad placement;
• Creative and analytical thinking, attention to detail;
• Constant interest in social media trends and innovations.
